Quality & Preparation
All units are carefully prepared before shipping. Each wig is pre-washed, pre-plucked, hot combed, and styled. The style will be confirmed in the measurement form you receive after your order is placed.

Customization

• Baby hairs are not included by default. If desired, please indicate this in your measurement form.

• Units are constructed with premium virgin hair (unless raw hair is specifically selected) and feature HD lace for a natural finish.

• Every wig is equipped with an elastic band and comb clips for a secure, comfortable fit.

Measurements
Accurate head measurements are required to begin processing your order. Please complete and return the measurement form promptly to avoid delays.

Processing & Shipping

• Processing time: 7–10 business days (excluding Sundays)

• Shipping time: 3–5 business days (after processing is complete)
